Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50%.
No-shows (failure to arrive without notice) will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened session to respect the next client’s scheduled time.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be considered a no-show and charged accordingly.

Exceptions
We understand emergencies happen. Exceptions may be made at our discretion for unforeseen circumstances.
